Orders are usually dispatched next day, with a 2-3 days delivery time within the UK

Breakages
All goods should be examined at the time of delivery. Please notify us of any discrepancies, shortages or damage within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged bottles and packaging should be kept for inspection please.

We do not accept liability for the condition of the wine in the bottle

Return of Goods
A full refund will be offered provided the goods remain in good condition and that the request to cancel is received in writing within 14 days of receipt of goods.

You can tell us you want to cancel your order by emailing us at info@dyson-wine.com. Any cancelled order will be refunded as soon as possible, usually within a week, but in any event within 30 days. A charge of £20 per case of 12 for collections will be payable in the UK.

If returned wines are not deemed to be in a saleable condition, a re-delivery fee will also be charged
