Deliveries are made Monday to Friday in between 8am and 6pm

If possible, please let us know where the wines can be left if you are out. Your safe place should be easily accessible, sheltered from the elements and concealed from public view. Our carriers will leave a card to let you know where they have left your wine. Alternatively, you could request that your wines are left with a neighbour. Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.

We regret that neither we nor our carriers can accept responsibility for any subsequent loss or damage which occurs once the consignment has been left.
